Delivery cost
All orders are shipped free within Australia.
Overseas orders will be charged a flat rate of A$29.00
Shipping
Orders of in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Once lodged with Australia Post we will send you the item’s tracking number.
If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you don’t have the item please firstly check with your local Post Office, and then contact us.
Orders of items that are not in-stock will be shipped once the item arrives from the supplier. This can range from 7-21 days.
By placing an order online you are agreeing not to hold the Library Shop liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
Returns
We will (1) refund, or (2) replace books, or (3) exchange, or (4) provide a gift certificate to the value of the returned order (goods) purchased from the Library Shop website, provided goods are returned within 14 days, are in good condition, and are accompanied by our official receipt/tax invoice.
When returning goods to us, we only cover the cost of postage for goods that are faulty or damaged prior to delivery. Postage costs for all other returns will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Refunds will be credited only to the credit card used in the original transaction.
